Meditation Lady

I am not one for new age medicine or hooky healing stones .... but I have to admit "meditation lady" is working for our crew! I was skeptical when it was suggested this may help the kids sleep and let go of the "garbage" so to speak. We gave it a shot and it has been just about a week now since we started and they actually look forward to it. Every night just before bed they take their spots and take a listen. They now sleep through the night with no nightmares and better yet we don't get woken up! They other night just before we started the CD -- Riley came in and without hesitation took his spot as well. It was cute!
