After sending mom off yesterday we stopped for some sweet corn. About a hundread ears or so! We spent about an hour shucking. The kids had so much fun. I honestly figured I would be doing it all myself while they played but even the littlest guy got in on the action. They did a great job and I was so impressed with there shucking skills! I was able to blanch, bag and put them up in the freezer while they relaxed eating popscicles and watching a movie. It was a good afternoon!
