2010 Memorial Day Parade

Paying tribute to fallen soldiers our little scouts marched in the Memorial Day Parade.










Both James and Daniel took this task seriously. They were so focused not to let their flags touch the ground and when it came time for the twenty-one gun salute they both stood at attention while saluting in remembrance.



















Luke is our social bug and while he was happy to walk in thanks he loved the opportunity as well to see his friends. He was picked as the bear representative from his den to walk to the bridge and toss in the memorial wreath. He was so proud, as too were we. He was a bit surprised when the rifles were shot .... we didn't prepare him so well for that part.













The reading of the names followed at the cemetery along with the singing of God Bless America.
