From Paper Planes to Crop Dusters

Friday night was a quite night. The kids were so entertained with Chad and his ability to make paper airplanes. With a slight breeze it made for perfect "flying" conditions!

We closed out the aviation weekend with a visit from our trusty yellow crop duster! The kids look forward to his "visit" each year. You never really know when he is coming but he buzzes by the house in such a fashion you can't miss his presence. This year he added some personalized "buzzing" just for his little audience! He even went down the center of the gravel so they could see him up close and personal ..... as if the buzzing of the front yard was not enough!!!! The kids had so much fun and I have to admit I did too ........ mostly because of the sweet innocent smiles it brought to their faces. It is the simple things they love the most -- not the fancy toys just time spent together making memories!
